Jeanne Parson has been making music, well, since she was quite young.

After years of piano and music lessons, she attended Cal State University Fresno, earning her BA in Piano Performance with honors. She studied classical and jazz piano, harpsichord, voice and electronic music. She then played in a pop music group, touring the US and Canada, while continuing to study electronics and computer music. She returned to the academic scene to earn a MFA from Mills College, majoring in Electronic Music and Recording Media.

After her time at Mills, she shifted her focus from performance to mu
sic creation, specializing in integrating music into new technology. As a composer and sound designer for Atari Games, she created the scores and sounds for the top selling video games Primal Rage and Area 51. In 1999 she entered into an 8-year term as the Director of Music and Principal Composer for LeapFrog Toys. She has also contributed music to toys for many companies besides LeapFrog, as well as animated videos/shows for kids, consumer electronics products (even for adults), CDs (a wide variety of styles).

As to her business side, Jeanne's projects run on-time and on-budget. A former employee sums up her people skills with "best boss I ever had". You can request a resume, more extensive client and product list, or more braggadocio by emailing Jeanne at RageOn@pacbell.net.
